My son needed help with Math and Science and I thought Byju’s might be a great help. But after several days there was no progress and he told me that he could not follow.
I contacted Byju’s and told them about our problem. They instantly retorted by saying that they know they do their job well and that if my son could not catch up with them, it might be because he wasn’t brilliant enough. Is this the way a customer support team is supposed to behave? I am going to stop it. As if they are the only ones functioning in India.
