The certificate received from the remote server has not been validated correctly. The error code is 0x80092013. The TLS connection request has failed. The attached data contains the server certificate.
I was told by DVDFab to upgrade. Upgraded to v12.0.35. And to spend more money on additional licenses to I could test on a different machine without violating the license agreement.
Found over a dozen bugs in the first 30 minutes of testing. One major bug: DVDFab v12.0.3.x doesn’t save your settings. Tell it not to use the cloud – it uses it anyway. Tell it where log and temp folders are; nope, won’t use your settings. Tell it not to display the screen about selling their mobile apps again – nope just ignores the settings.
DVDFab’s response: “Thanks for your feedback”. No fixes. After spending A$750 on their products they can at least take bug reports seriously and fix the issues.
I am an older person. Dark themes are not good for me. I can’t read things. So they have now only offered dark themes or a grey on grey theme that is just as impossible to read.

The software can be a bit overwhelming at first, but once you get the hang of it, it becomes easy and fun to use. Aside from its more basic copying abilities, DVDFab also allows you to copy compressed files.

This kind of data transfer means that you’re making a copy of a DVD while minimizing it so it would fit a smaller empty disc. Although this kind of copying is a great way to make backups of your favorite discs, during our tests we found that a certain level of distortion and quality loss is bound to happen during the compression process.

While making an identical copy is always the best solution quality wise, compression is the quickest and cheapest way of transferring certain digital files to a smaller capacity disc. Despite the minimum loss in the quality we recorded, DVDFab is still among the best DVD copying software we reviewed.
